Weev EV Charging (2022)

Weev is an electric vehicle charging and leasing company based in Northern Ireland. As a new venture, the brand needed a fresh and distinctive identity that avoided the predictable greens and environmental clichés commonly associated with the EV and renewables sector.

Research into the category revealed a visual landscape dominated by sharp forms and premium, exclusive aesthetics. This felt misaligned with Weev’s personality as a friendly, locally rooted and community-focused company. In response, I developed a more rounded and approachable identity that balances warmth with professionalism.

A vibrant gradient gives the brand a distinctive presence, while providing a flexible visual system that can be adapted across digital, campaign and marketing applications.
